OWON · Multimeter + Power supply
OWON SPM3103 software
Remote control and data logging for the OWON SPM3103 multimeter and power supply, on Windows, Linux and macOS - with the same panel BenchMesh uses for every multimeter and power supply.
Bench-tested
Status
Yes. The OWON SPM3103 is bench-tested: it runs on the BenchMesh maintainers’ bench with every control checked against the real instrument.

Questions
- Does BenchMesh work with the OWON SPM3103?
- Yes. The OWON SPM3103 is bench-tested: it runs on the BenchMesh maintainers’ bench with every control checked against the real instrument.
- How do I connect the SPM3103 to my PC?
- Over USB-serial / RS-232. 115200 baud, 8N1. Plug in the USB cable (or a USB-RS-232 adapter); BenchMesh finds the port. Then press Detect in BenchMesh: it identifies the multimeter and power supply by its reply and adds it to the bench.
- What can I control on the SPM3103?
- Multimeter: set mode, range; read meas, mode, overload. Power supply: set current, current limit, output, remote, voltage, voltage limit; read cc, cv, fail, iout, ocp, otp, output, ovp.
- Can I log SPM3103 measurements to CSV?
- Yes. Right-click any reading to add it to a recording; every instrument on the bench is sampled on one shared timeline and exported as one CSV.
- Is BenchMesh free?
